Briana L. White is an entrepreneur, food writer, and television personality dedicated to uplifting community through food, travel, and civic engagement.
As both a Pittsburgh native and Carlow University graduate, she has served as a restaurant critic since 2017, highlighting Black-owned dining establishments and judging culinary competitions across the region.
She is the owner of Breelicious Bites, co-founder of Culturvate Enterprises and Culturvate Cruises, and founder of It’s A BREEze Mobile Notary.
White has also appeared as a judge on the television cooking series Plate It, Pittsburgh!, continuing her mission to connect culture, food, and community.

Erica Ashmeade is a former chef and remote operations coordinator for food and hospitality brands, working at the intersection of culinary creativity, culture, and community impact. She is the founder of Rooted Wonder, which was created out of her belief that every community should have a garden. She is also host of the Savory Moments Podcast and a live cooking creator on TikTok—using food as a pathway to healing, connection, and shared experience.
